When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Our reservations are processed immediately, you will get your booking confirmation in the email you provide in just minutes.
Can you check availability for me?
Availability on this website is accurate, up to date and can be automatically checked prior to processing your reservation on the Tour Details page. Please insert your tour date and total number of travelers. Availability will be automatically confirmed. From this step you are invited to continue with your reservation process.
Can I book this when I get there?
CozumelSnorkel.Com can only be booked online. It is recommended you pre book your tour to avoid disappointment as this is a very popular destination and can be sold out early.
How far in advance can I book?
Tour availability through CozumelSnorkel.Com have Price Guide pop-ups in a calendar format on the Tour Details page, which indicate how far in advance a travel product can be booked at that time. Normally CozumelSnorkel.Com is updated once a year when new season prices are determined. If you cannot find your require, please contact us via email using our contact form.
We have more than 9 people in our party - do you cater for groups?
According to the Reservations Policies in Tour Details page. CozumelSnorkel.Com has a maximum capacity of travelers per departure. Regarding that rule, please select the appropriate number of travelers to accommodate your party in different units according with their preferences and include a note in the Comments box to notify your party. We cannot guarantee that travelers in a large group will be all accommodated in the same depart.
Are there any discounts for Military Personnel, AAA or other groups?
Unfortunately, CozumelSnorkel.Com cannot offer any discounts other than those stated on the Tour Details page. Further discounting for groups such as Military Personnel, AAA, AARP, etc. is unable to be offered at this time.
What are the cancellation rules for my booking, if I need to cancel or do not show up?
This information can be found in either the Tour Details page in the Reservation Policies section, or at the bottom of most pages, under the link Terms & Conditions. Simply click on the link Terms & Conditions and read through the information to find the points you need. If you have a confirmed a booking, this information is also located at the bottom of your eVoucher.
Can you send me a brochure?
Our Tour Details information page is electronic and only displayed on the web. You should find all the information you need about your desired tour on this information page. If there are other details you would like to know that are not specified anywhere on these pages, please contact our Customer Service team via email using our contact form.
Can you give me directions or maps from one place to another?
CozumelSnorkel.Com is able to assist you with any questions specifically relating to this product. We cannot answer your general travel questions. We do recommend you contact the local tourist or convention bureau, or an online provider of map information such as mapquest or google maps.
I don't know what date I'm traveling yet, can I book and leave it open dated?
CozumelSnorkel.Com has an only pre booked date designated in order for the tour to cater for travelers.
Is there a contact number at the destination for me to call?
Yes. Once you have a confirmed booking, all the details of your tour reservation are located on your eVoucher under the heading Important Information.
How do I book online?
Book in 2 easy steps! You'll see a box on Tour Details page asking for some brief details (tour date, total number of travelers) and a Confirm Availability button. Availability will be automatically confirmed. In order to continue with your reservation process:
a. Traveler Details - Enter your full name, email and phone number, then Save & Continue.
b. Reservation Details - Enter your tour date; select the total number of travelers, depart time, comments if applicable and Submit your information.
c. Secure Check-Out - Once you have entered all required information, you will be taken to the shopping cart page. Here you'll see an exact price quote of your selections.
d. Your Order Summary - If you are happy with the quote you can proceed to the checkout to enter payment details, all on the secure PayPal one screen.
e. eVoucher - After your purchase is confirmed, our Online Booking System will automatically email you a copy of your eVoucher.
Please, print out your eVoucher to redeem upon starting the tour at the meeting point. Don’t you have access to a printer? No worries. Just look for your Confirmation Number in your eVoucher, write it down and show yourself at the Tour Meeting Point with a photo ID.
I don't have or own a credit card, how do I book?
CozumelSnorkel.Com is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card. Fax, telephone or other booking methods are not accepted.
Is my credit card safe?
Yes. CozumelSnorkel.Com uses the Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information such as your password, address and telephone number, and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies. This encryption makes doing business on the Internet more secure than making purchases by telephone.
I'm getting errors / blank pages when I am trying to book, what is the problem?
Errors can often occur as pages can be "cached". We recommend you "refresh" or "reload" your pages and try again. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact our Customer Service via email with the details, the exact error message you are receiving as well as the page (URL) you are on.
I get a credit card error whilst trying to book, what do I do?
The CozumelSnorkel.Com booking process is completely automated and all credit card transactions are 100% secure. If your credit card is generating a consistent error, verify that your card has not expired. You may also contact the card issuer to confirm your monthly spending limit has not been exceeded. Otherwise, we recommend you complete the booking using a different credit card.
Do I need a Visa or passport or are there any special requirements?
CozumelSnorkel.Com does not offer advice or information on visas, passports or special requirements. It is the responsibility of all travelers, regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. As these requirements are subject to change without notice, it is recommended that foreign visa, passport and special requirements are investigated prior to travel.
Some of the travelers (or children) do not have photo ID.
Not all travelers require photo ID upon departing for the tour. The main traveler in the booking will definitely require a passport, or other valid photo ID, as identification in order to redeem their eVoucher.
Our names on the booking are different from those on our Photo ID's.
This will not be a problem as long as you have some sort of valid secondary ID that is the same as the name you have booked your travel service under.
Where can I get Travel Insurance?
CozumelSnorkel.Com does not offer Travel Insurance. You should seek the advice of your local licensed Insurance Company for a quotation. CozumelSnorkel.Com strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Can I book Air / hotels / car rental through you?
CozumelSnorkel.Com does not offer bookings for air, hotels or cars. CozumelSnorkel.Com specializes in a small independent tour in a niche destination. For information about other tours in similar destinations, we invite you to visit our other Travel Resources.
I have not received a reply to my emails.
Some email internet providers can mark general booking emails such as those sent from CozumelSnorkel.Com as "spam" - please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox. Any other emails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a "spam" folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days and then your email system will automatically delete them.
